The Behaviour Support Plan Process
Billy Cart Behaviour prides itself on developing individualized behaviour support plans which aim to increase the quality of life of the individual.
We involve you throughout the process and have fun the entire time!
We also have a short video explaining the process (click here).
1. Pre Assessment
Collection of information, historical reports, health and medical information and booking in assessment interview
4. Report Completion
This can take us between 1-3 months to complete. It will include completion of a functional analysis, restrictive practice action plans and intervention recommendations.
2. Information Gathering
Interviews with those important to you, observations and interactions with the focus person, data collection and review.
5. Training
Once the plan has been developed and any changes made as required. The behaviour team will then conduct training. The frequency and format will depend on the client needs.
3. Additional Information
Set up Data Collection, Restrictive Practice Assessment, completion of additional assessments if required.
6. Implementation and Review
The behaviour team will support the implementation of the plan. This will vary for each person, for example skill development or monitoring. Reviews will occur 6 monthly or earlier if needed.
