What We're Looking For
You’re a values-driven professional with a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Special Education, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in behaviour support—ideally with complex or high-risk clients. You bring strong communication skills, a thoughtful and flexible approach to your work, and a genuine passion for neurodiversity, inclusion, and social justice. A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are also essential.
